We offer a full in-house package if required which includes Audit of Financial Statements, Accountancy, Bookkeeping, Management Accounts, full in-house payroll, Company Secretarial service, Tax compliance & Tax Planning along with reliefs available in respect of Research & Development.

Derek Keating

Director
A Business Studies graduate of Dublin City University, Derek Keating is a qualified Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (A.C.A.).
With over 30 years' experience in both practice & industry, Derek has held senior financial positions as Financial Controller, Accountancy & Audit Manager and Business Consultant in companies such as Kerry Foods, Carlton Screen Advertising, Kenna & Company, US multinational Integra-Life Sciences and Brennan Governey & Company.
As Financial Controller and Business Consultant in industry, Derek has a detailed knowledge of the day to day demands of running a company including areas such as staff recruitment, IT selection & implementation, internal controls and general financial management.
During his time in practice, Derek was a manager for over 7 years and has experience in the areas of Accountancy & Audit, Taxation and Company Secretarial. He has dealt with hundreds of companies over the years across a wide range of industries and has advised clients on all areas of their business.
Derek specialises in providing a consultancy service to the food & beverage and retail industries particularly in the owner-managed sector.
Martin Hyland

Martin Hyland is a qualified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.) and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with the Association of the Irish Taxation Institute.
With over 25 years' experience in the areas of Accountancy & Audit, Taxation and Company Secretarial, Martin has held various senior positions. Previous engagements include Fitzwilliam & Company, The Food Safety Authority of Ireland, BDO, and most recently Brennan Governey & Company where he managed the Taxation and Company Secretarial Departments.
A highly experienced and educated Tax Accountant, Martin has worked in small to large companies in both practice & industry. His areas of expertise include Accountancy & Audit, Tax Compliance & Revenue Audits, Planning & Strategy, and Business Financing advice.
Martin has significant experience in the retail sector and dealing with high net-worth individuals. This experience extends too small to medium sized companies (SME's) to large corporations from a tax compliance & tax planning perspective.
David Keogh

David is a qualified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.).
With 30 years' experience working in both practice and industry, David's has held senior financial positions such as Financial Controller, Business Recovery Specialist and Audit and Accounting Manager. These positions were held in companies in the IT and Manufacturing sectors along with large practices such as PGL in Dublin. During his time as Audit & Accountancy Manager, David specialised auditing companies in the areas of retail, transport & IT and has a wealth of experience dealing with the audit of Solicitors' Practices including the relevant reporting requirements with the Law Society.
David is a compliance specialist and offers technical support to professional bodies in the areas of taxation and audit.
In the 12 years spent in public practice, he has gained considerable experience of dealing with a large number of companies and owner-managed businesses of all sizes and has assisted them in all aspects of their business which reflects the more hands-on approach favoured by the Directors of Tax Accounting Ireland.
During his time as a Business Recovery Specialist, David has managed to stabilise and drive forward a number of small to medium enterprises in a number of sectors.
